Since these are some written thoughts, thoughts I want to remind you are my thoughts. Maybe they have God mixed in with them. In fact I believe they do, but Where I am and Where God begins the lines are very blurred.
My key phrase for over 20 years now is that I think of myself consciously as a disciple of Jesus. Do I feel like I am a good disciple, if I quantify in human language and thought the answer would be no. In Fact It Is An Emphatic NO!!!
Why do I say this you ask? Well I fully know some things about life. I know that Life happens
I know that How I respond to life does really matter.
I know that man (Human Kind) struggles with all of it. Some win more than others but then, the Win is that through my eyes as a human flesh (controlled)body or am I looking at it Through the Eyes Of God. My perspective is not to be overstated.
I believe connections and timing are keys to many things be them good or bad. I know that when I find out who I am and how I am built (my strengths and weaknesses) then I can work and flow much better with God as my director.
The big problem is that there are things that are definitely always working against me.
- They are The Devil and his forces in the spiritual realm.
- the second thing is that my lack of belief in God’s promises. I am not really trusting God. my faith in him is very much lacking. I bend or break at the slightest resistance. I know that I am not a victim. If I have any victim mentality I need to get it out of my mind and my spirit. As scripture says Resist Him (Satan) and he will flee. Not he might flee but He Will Flee.
James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.I Peter 5:9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it. It is work, but please remember to let God’s Word work for you. Jesus said to Satan “It Is Written”.

Know that If you have unforgiveness in your heart that you will be ineffective in receiving any of God’s Promises.

So How Am I looking At It?
I know that I was created, that I can not create anything. I know I was wondrously made. I know that finding God was not My Idea.

I know that I was drawn to Him. He loved me so much that he drew me to Him. I wanted to find out more.
I have learned over time just how little I know about anything. I know that I must always keep alive my yearning to learn. I read somewhere years ago, that your education upon graduating from College was only beginning that It had not ended. That I must always be moving ahead. I must always be looking forward in time.
If you are in a profession you will move ahead, you will advance in your knowledge or you will be left behind. That new person is going to be after your job. It may not look it today, but someday soon, and it is always Too Soon they will be breathing down the back of your neck, competing for that next promotion you have been working towards.
People talk about leveling the playing field. Everything the last 30 years is that everyone needs to be equal so that none of us have any unfair advantages. Well man by concentrating on that has created more disadvantages.
I see that the disadvantaged now becomes the advantaged and the former “advantaged” now gets stepped on, because they must pay. The truth is that God is no respecter of persons

My Foundation Lays In Learning More
Because I want to learn more, I am always searching, for more. There are so many things I don’t understand. Things that interest me, that I don’t have a clue about. So an insatiable appetite. So this I will leads me to asking for wisdom and guidance. So as I do, I find these Scriptures.
